Forest Bathing

A refreshingly slow and curious engagement with the natural world. “Soak up the rays” of the natural world and be deeply nourished by the vibrancy and interconnections all around you. Profound physical and mental health rewards can be found in simply walking under the canopy of the forest. Your heart will be glad, your senses come alive, and your sense of wellbeing eager for more.
